How I Started!

I Have Only One Client...

 

Myself!...


Like many others, I spent a large portion of my life battling enormous stress and being overweight. After the birth of my second child, I realized that I needed to make changes in my life if I wanted to be alive to see my children grow up. I decided to dedicate the rest of my life to getting fit and staying fit! Enrolling at the National Personal Training Institute, I successfully completed 500 hours of intensive, practical, hands-on training. I was able to improve my health and well-being in EVERY sense of the word (weight, body fat, cholesterol, blood pressure, energy level & personal attitude). 


If you're like me, you may be someone who is introverted and anxious about the stereotypical overly enthusiastic, high-fiving, perfect trainer yelling "one more! c'mon, you can do it!" Someone who is not comfortable in a group of extroverted like minded, usual gym or studio patrons.  I connect best with the reserved or withdrawn population that has difficulty in overly taxing social situations. How?  I started with 3B Training (Breath and Balance Basic Training) and  F.B.T. (Functional Basic Training)!  I now have a lifelong intrinsic dedication to and continue with C.M.T., Constant Movement Training! 


As a child I was inundated with the usual jocks and "in" crowd and never felt comfortable in their spheres of what was "popular". After trying to conform externally, I was never satisfied. After years of ignoring my own unique individuality, I developed an intrinsic, self-awareness of body, mind, spirituality and wish to share, nurture, and evolve with anyone willing and wanting.

I am an ACE Fitness certified  Health Coach and Personal Trainer. I use this to help keep me fully focused on the best, most up to date infomation for me to continue my Self First
