My Ideal Client is one who is introverted and anxious about the stereotypical overly enthusiastic, high-fiving, perfect trainer yelling "one more! c'mon, you can do it!" Someone who is not comfortable in a group of extroverted like minded, usual gym or studio patrons. Why? I connect best with the reserved or withdrawn population that has difficulty in overly taxing social situations. How? With holistic, empathetic, and spiritual based connection.
For most clients I start with 3B Training (Breath and Balance Basic Training) the first two weeks the first month and F.B.T. (Functional Basic Training) the last. Let's find your Why and incorporate it into a training program that you can holistically take charge of with a lifelong intrinsic dedication to and continue with C.M.T., Constant Movement Training!
You can expect:
Motivational Interviewing and Active Listening to assist you in coming up with your own blueprint for an ongoing healthy lifestyle development and intrinsic dedication. I will help manage, not instantly change, your mindset for a lifelong dedication to Self-First Health Awareness.
You can forget about:
Diets, scales, calorie counting, or imposed physical activity. Also, I will not give any false hope of a quick fix to solve your problem in an exact amount of time.
I utilize a system I have been developing for over a decade I call BMR or Body, Mind, Redesigned. The five principles, which are: The Health Holy Trinity, Self-First Dedication, The 7 Primal Movements, Mindful Awareness of the Inner Voice, and Preparation Is Key. These work in concert with each other, synergistically flowing, keeping me moving forward on my ultimate goal, “To be better than I was yesterday!”
I will be available more like a counselor than a personal trainer. I’ll be there when clients have times of doubt and being a crucial element to preventing a relapse! I will rely heavily on local nutritionists, fitness pros, holistic practitioners, etc. to create a network that people will
want to stay with, long after the New Year’s resolutions fade. Simply, I can
help motivate and inspire others to achieve.

The six month program consists of 45 minute sessions each week of the first month, then 1 session every 2 weeks thereafter. The cost is 50$ a session, knowing there are 3 +/- hours behind the scenes tailored development.
The basic 3 month program consists of 45 minute sessions each week of the first month, then 1 session every 2 weeks thereafter. The cost is 75$ a session, knowing there are 3 +/- hours behind the scenes tailored development.
The breakdown of the sessions: the first month is Health Coaching the 1st 30 minutes. The last 15 are 3B Training (Breath and Balance Basic Training). After that first month, every other week will have the same 30 minutes of Health Coaching, but the last 15 will consist of F.B.T. (Functional Basic Training)
Supportive sessions after the 6 months may be continued with a cost of $75 a session
